I Want a Refund. What Is the Policy?

Please note that the Tennis Channel app does not offer refunds or credits for partially used or unused subscription periods, as outlined in our Terms of Service.


Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:


24-Hour Grace Period


If you cancel your subscription within 24 hours of the initial purchase, you may request a refund.


    To request a refund:

  • Submit a support ticket through our Contact Us page, or
  • Call our Customer Support team at 1-855-286-5539.


Please note: Refunds are not processed automatically.

If you have already received a refund within the past 12 months, you will not be eligible for another refund.


Duplicate Charges


If you were charged twice for your subscription:


  1. Submit a support ticket and attach both payment receipts showing the transaction dates and amounts charged.
     Ensure both receipts do not show a “pending” status.


Once our investigation confirms two successful payments were processed, the duplicate charge will be refunded.


Refunds for Third-Party Purchases


If you purchased your subscription through a third-party platform, such as:



Please contact your respective biller’s support team directly to request a refund or manage your subscription.


To confirm who billed your subscription, check your bank statement or payment confirmation email.
