To cancel the subscription billed via iTunes using a Computer, you may need to do the following:
- Open iTunes and sign in with your Apple ID.
- From the menu bar along the top, choose Account > View My Account.
- Enter your password and choose View Account.
- On the Account Information page, scroll down to the Settings section.
- To the right of Subscriptions, choose Manage.
- Choose your subscription. If you don't see your subscription, make sure that you're signed in with the correct Apple ID.
- Choose Cancel Subscription or turn off Automatic Renewal.
To cancel the subscription billed via iTunes using iOS devices, you may need to do the following:
- Open Settings, and then tap iTunes & App Store.
- Tap your Apple ID at the top.
- Tap View Apple ID and sign in if prompted.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Find and tap the subscription you would like to cancel. If you do not see one, check if you signed in with the correct Apple ID.
- Choose Cancel Subscription or turn off Automatic Renewal.
To cancel the subscription billed via iTunes using AppleTV, you may need to do the following:
1. On your Apple TV, open the Settings.
2. Select Accounts.
3. Under Subscriptions, select Manage Subscriptions.
4. Enter your password.
5. Choose a Subscription, and then select Cancel Subscription.
**This is only applicable to the Apple TV 4th Generation.
* NOTE: Your membership or subscription might renew if you don't cancel your membership or subscription more than 24 hours before your renewal date.
