Canceling Subscriptions billed via Samsung (Samsung TV)

To cancel the subscription billed via Roku devices, you may need to do the following:

 

1. First, turn on your Samsung TV and navigate to the home screen.
2. Scroll through the available apps and select the app associated with the subscription you want to cancel     (e.g., Netflix, Amazon Prime).
3. Launch the app by pressing the “Enter” or “OK” button on your TV remote.
4. Once inside the app, locate the settings or account section. The location of this section may vary depending on the app you are using.
5. In the settings or account section, look for the subscription or membership information.
6. Select the subscription you want to cancel and choose the option to cancel or unsubscribe.
7. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the cancellation. Some apps may require you to enter your account password or provide a reason for cancellation.
8. After confirming the cancellation, you should receive a confirmation message indicating that the subscription has been successfully canceled.
