I WANT A REFUND. WHAT IS THE POLICY?

Tennis Channel APP does not provide refunds or credits for partially used subscriptions as stated on our Terms of Service


Refunds are granted only in the following cases: 


24-hour grace period


If cancellation was done within 24-hours of the initial purchase, you may request a refund via email by submitting a ticket or by calling us at 1-855-286-5539 as it does not happen automatically. 


Note: If you have received a refund within the last 12 months,  you will not be entitled to a refund.


Double charged:


If you were charged twice, submit a ticket and attach both receipts showing the dates and amount charged. 

Make sure both receipts do not state pending charge.


We will refund the duplicated charge once our investigation confirms our system took two successful payments. 



For purchases made via iTunes, Google Play, Roku, Amazon or Samsung, please reach out to your respective biller's support team and they can assist you with submitting your request. To confirm who you signed up with please check on your bank statement or payment confirmation email.
