The email address and password you used to sign up for Tennis Channel are your login credentials. If you’ve forgotten your password or need to change it, follow the steps below:
Reset Your Password on the Web
1. Visit this link.
2. Enter your email address and click Send Email.
3. Check your inbox, spam, or junk folders for an email with instructions to set a new password.
4. Click the link in the email to confirm and create your new password.
5. Your new password must contain the following pictured below:
6. Once done, go back to the Tennis Channel sign-in page and use your email address and new password to log in.
If You Experience Issues
On a Web Browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera, etc.):
- Clear your browser’s cache and cookies and try signing in again.
On Mobile or TV Devices (Android, iOS, Roku, Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV/Stick, Vizio):
- Uninstall and reinstall the Tennis Channel app.
- Restart your device and reopen the app to log in with your new password.
