HOW DO I RESET MY PASSWORD?

The email address and password you use while signing up for Tennis Channel acts as your login credentials. If you've forgotten or need to change your password for any reason, you can do so following these steps below:


  • Visit Tennischannel.com/reset
  • Enter your email address and click on Send Email
  • Check your inbox, spam, or junk folders for an email with instructions on how to set a 'new password'.


  • Once you have received the email, click on the URL or confirm.



  • Your new password must contain the following pictured below:



  • Exit the current tab. Go back to the Tennis Channel page. Select 'Sign in' in the top right corner.



  • Your email address and new password can now be used to log into Tennis Channel.





Once done, we suggest a few extra measures in case you continue to experience any issue:


For issues while using your web browser such as Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera, etc

  •  clear your browser's cache and cookies


For issues while using Android, IOS, Roku, Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV/Stick, or Vizio


  • Uninstall and reinstall the app
  • Restart your device and then access the app.
