I was charged prior to my renewal date.Why?

In accordance with standard banking practices, the system requests authorization from your bank. In some cases, a bank refuses to accept your payment when you use a card.


This can have multiple reasons, however, the bank does not inform us about the exact reason to respect your privacy. We're unable to give you specific information, but you can contact your bank directly to find out about your account's status.


Sometimes. it is also blocked due to our fraud filters for your account security. If your bank tells you everything is okay from their side, please submit a request with your details and we'll look into your payment status as soon as possible.
