I WANT A REFUND. WHAT IS THE POLICY?

Tennis Channel APP does not provide refunds or credits for partially used subscriptions as stated on our Terms of Service.

 

Refunds are granted only in the following cases:

24-hour grace period

If the cancellation was done within 24 hours of the initial purchase, you must request a refund via email by submitting a ticket or call us at 1(855)286-5539 (1-855-2VOLLEY)  as it does not happen automatically.


NOTE: If you have received a refund within the last 12 months, you will no longer be entitled to a refund.

Double charge


If you were charged twice, submit a ticket and attach both receipts showing the dates and amount. Make sure that both receipts do not show a pending charge.


We will refund the second purchase within 48 hours after our investigation shows that our system took two successful payments.

 

For purchases made through iTunes, Google Play, Roku, and Amazon, please reach out to your respective biller's support team and they can assist you with submitting your request. You will know this if you see iTunes, Google, Roku, and Amazon on your bank statement or payment confirmation email.
