Troubleshooting Streaming Issues on Your Apple iPhone or iPad

If you’re experiencing issues while using the Tennis Channel app on your Apple device (iPhone or iPad), try the steps below to help resolve them.


Delete and Reinstall the App


1. From your Home Screen, touch and hold the app until it starts to jiggle.


2. Tap the Remove icon (–) in the upper-left corner of the app.


3. Tap Delete App, then confirm by selecting Delete.


4. Tap Done once finished.


5. Go to the App Store, search for Tennis Channel, and reinstall it.


Install Apps on Your iPhone or iPad


1. Open the App Store app.


2. Browse or use the Search tab to find the Tennis Channel app.


3. Tap Get. If you see Open, it means the app is already installed.
