When encountering video and audio issues on the Tennis Channel application on your Roku, this is often due to Roku's nature of providing the best image quality it can offer; some devices or TVs can't keep up with the workload it requires, which in turn can affect the performance of an app and its services. To resolve them:
- Go to Roku's home screen
- Go to "Settings"
- Go to "Display type" and lower the resolution to allow the internet speed to catch up on the workload required
- Go back to "Settings"
- Go to "Power" then click "System restart" to save the changes made
Once again open the Tennis Channel app and see if the app performs better. If the issue is better but not good enough, we can recommend going back to Display type and selecting the lowest option possible. If lowering the resolution helps, we suggest increasing the resolution until you find the option best fit for your TV and device.
Additionally, you may try removing/uninstalling the Tennis Channel application. To remove the Tennis Channel App from your Roku streaming player or Roku TV™ from within your channel lineup or from within the Roku Channel Store. Channels can also be removed when using the Roku mobile app on a compatible mobile device. When you are ready to remove a channel, first determine if the channel has a subscription and whether that subscription is billed to your Roku account.
