Troubleshooting Streaming Issues on Your Amazon Firestick / Fire TV App

If you encounter issues with the Tennis Channel app on your Amazon Firestick or Fire TV, try the following steps to resolve them.

Uninstall the App

1. Go to Settings.
2. Select Applications.
3. Choose Manage All Installed Applications.
4. Select the Tennis Channel app, then choose Uninstall.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Download Apps on Your Fire TV

1. Navigate to Find (magnifying glass) on the main menu.
2. Search for the Tennis Channel app.
3. Select the app and click Get or the Shopping Cart / Download icon to install it.

Note: You may need to verify your Amazon account when making Appstore purchases.

Clear the App Cache
